The ceramics-factory DEVICA is located in the north of Portugal in the province Minho, not far from the picturesque coastal town of Viana do Castelo.

In this region, the traditional art of pottery has been cherished for centuries. DEVICA was established by the famous portuguese Artist Dr. Alvaro Rocha in the year 1970.

At first, all of DEVICA´s products were invariably manufactured by hand. After extensive modernizations, DEVICA now manufactures after modern methods, with which a big variety is offered at forms.

Beside the modern production-methods, DEVICA maintains the the traditional craft of pottery. DEVICA offers you vessels of high quality in unique appearance.
